Hey, I Noticed A Small Shiny Raised Pinkish Spot On

Hey, I noticed a small shiny raised pinkish spot on the head of my penis about 2 months ago. I thought it would most likely have been irritation from masterbating, but it has been 2 months and has not gone away. It doesn't itch, it doesn't hurt, and it isn't growing.
