Hey I Played Baseball And Had Pains In My Shoulder

Hey I played baseball and had pains in my shoulder and down my arm. I stopped playing for over a year and still have pain when raising and moving my arm in the throwing motion or similar motions. It also grinds cracks and pops in a very weird way when I move it left across my body. I was wondering if I should see a doctor or if this was normal
