Hey I Think I Had A Miscarriage Or Something Isn't

Hey I think I had a miscarriage or something isn't quite right. But not sure if I need to go to the doctor. Or emergency room. My period was late. But it's been rly abnormal the last few months anyways (stress, etc) but pregnancy tests were negative. Well I started bleeding but it was rly light. For a couple of weeks with a few days of heavier flow where a tampon was needed (other days was mainly when I wipe) and then yesterday i had cramps and then went to the restroom and some large sized tissue or clot came out. And then again more tissue a second time. 24 hours later and it's a little heavier where a pad is necessary but nothing crazy.
