Hey. I Was In A Car Accident Someone Rare Ended

Hey. I was in a car accident someone rare ended me have some neck and back pain. Had a mri done results said that....cervical lordosis is straightened. Intervertebral discs at all the levels show preserved height and hydration. All vertebral bodies show normal height and marrow signal intensity...What's does that mean? I don't have an email right now
