Hey, I Went For A Pregnancy Test At A Clinic

Hey, I went for a pregnancy test at a clinic and it came out positive a week later I started bleeding for 3 days and bleeding stopped I then took a home pregnancy test and it came out negative , two days after that I experienced abit of spotting , what does this mean
