Hey! I work out a lot and run track and about two years ago I started getting really bad pains in my hamstrings feeling really stiff and not flexible anymore , (here's the weird thing) when I fold my legs I get these bicep sort like bumps on both legs located where the hamstring bicep femoris is I went to a doctor and he told me I developed abnormalities but said there was no solution I was wondering if you've ever heard of this and if there's a way I can go in surgery or do exercises to make my legs feel good again
