Hey I'll Be 33 Weeks Pregnant On September 6 And

Hey I'll be 33 weeks pregnant on September 6 and last night, September 4, I started throwing up unexpectedly. I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms through out the pregnancy until last night and all day today I've stayed in bed and slept. I've gotten up a few times but I can't seem to get cooled off even with a fan blowing on me. I've had cramping or something similar to pelvic pain or pressure that hasn't gone away for about 5 days now even when I drink water and move around. Could you possibly give me an idea of what might be causing this?
