Hey I'm 17 Highschool Student And This Pain To Hold

Hey I'm 17 highschool student and this pain to hold my urine in for short periods of time has started probably a couple of money this ago... And only seems to get progressively worse... I wake up at 3:00 am in the morning with my bladder feeling like its going to explode so I walk my way to the bathroom in a crouched position because if I straighten up it feels as if my bladder will tear.... I pee almost every hour of the day...
