Hey , I'm 18 And Had A Stressful Month Due

Hey , I'm 18 and had a stressful month due to work load . 3 days later my fertile day my boyfriend inserted his finger in my vagina . I think he had precum on his hand and i'm worried about pregnancy . I know stress maybe a reason for delayed periods but its 12 days late now and am getting more worried. I experienced wet discharge and cramps today but no periods . I don't want to do any test , i just want my periods . Please help , I'm stressed out alot now .
