Hey I've Been Having Knee Pain For More Than Three

Hey I've been having knee pain for more than three days. It started out nowhere just below my right knee cap it was swollen a little then the front of me knee was king of tender or felt funny when I rubbed it and it hurt when I bend it. At night it felt like it was burning. When I straighten it out I can feel something on my knee it feels weird. Now the pain is traveling down my leg to my foot. The bottom of my foot hurts and now the back of my knee is in pain too. I have no upper body pain at all it just the knee and below the knee to the foot. When I stretch it, it feels weird on the side on my knees. It's swollen on the right side of knee. Do you think something is tore?
