Hey I've Been Having This Problem Where Is Kind Of

Hey I've been having this problem where is kind of hard to swallow and feels as if there is something squeezing my throat . I burp and feel slight relief but the squeezing eventually comes back and feels kind of scary and I don't know if o should be worried or not ..idk if I'm just driving myself crazy or what ..HELP !!!
