Hey, I've Been Having Twitches In My Right Upper Arm

Hey, I've been having twitches in my right upper arm in the front, and I don't know why or how to make it stop. And I want to know if it is a bad thing. I did some research and I can see it over my skin which I hear is a good thing. But usually it only lasts for a few seconds, but this has for two days. I'm worried.
