Hey I've Had A Spot On My Shaft For A

Hey I've had a spot on my shaft for a while that looks like a white head spot like the ones you can get on your face and pop but it'd been coming and going in what seems like the same position for months now. Worried it's some kind of infection help would be very appreciated
