Hey! I've Recently Cut Myself By A Barbed Wire. I

Hey! I've recently cut myself by a barbed wire. I didn't realise it until I got home, the cut was not deep, it is about 3cm long, my last tetanus shot was about 3 years ago, I washed the wound after about 4 hours, and it did not bleed much. Should I be worried?
