Hey! Not Trying To Get A Rectal Exam So Let's

Hey! Not trying to get a rectal exam so let's see if u can give me a simple answer.
just took a shower found a BB sized lump under the skin of my anus. Rectal opening area ,So being the man that I am I tried to pop it. It didn't hurt at all, till I reall really tried. It hard with some flex to it.

Now It still doesn't hurt. I'm in the United States airforce so my health is very well. I don't take any medications except adderral, I eat well no fast food. If so maybe once a month. Help me solve this bump lumo
