Hey! Recently (as In Today) I've Seem To Develope What

Hey! Recently (as in today) I've seem to develope what looks like small holes around my bottom left two teeth. I've had them cleaned recently and I've been taking care of my teeth, I don't have the best oral health history, and because of it they are worrying me a little. Any help will be much appreciated
