Hey. So I Noticed My Leg Itched A Couple Days

Hey. So I noticed my leg itched a couple days ago from a bug bite but I never looked at it until today. I've only scratched it a tiny bit and very infrequently through my pants, but somehow it's turned into a roughly dime sized, black scab. Do I need to worry about this? I feel fine it just seems weird.
