Hey Two Days Ago Noticed A Single Small Flat Round

Two days ago noticed a single small flat round mark on the base of my penis. Its pink colored, kind of shiny under light and abit of skin peeled of it. Its not itchy, and about half the size of a penny. No other symptoms.

Just wondering what this sounds like to you, got plans to get it looked at over the week, would be nice to know what you think?
