Hey, A Few Months Ago I Got Multiple Times In

Hey, a few months ago I got multiple times in the nose, whether it be a football at full force or in boxing. I noticed that one side of my nose is much larger than the other. My right side has a larger bump and it's large, and I don't remember having this when I was younger, I'm 17 years old.
My left side is a normal looking nose and then my right is crooked with a big hump
What should I do!?
