Hey A Few Months Back A Overdosed On Medicine It

Hey a few months back a overdosed on medicine it had caffeine I went the the emergency room and they gave me a pill but before that I was shaking rea bad and I felt out of the world a few months later I drank a Starbucks drink and the same thing happened but this time I didnt go to the hospital and a week ago I ate one brownie and the same thing happened in scared yesturday I ate cookies and it happened yet again except I was cold and warm this time please help
