Hey.... Ate A Usual Amount Of Food Today, Nothing Out

Hey.... ate a usual amount of food today, nothing out of the ordinary. Had a headache before class, but went anyway. On the way home my stomach was hurting bad and my headache got worse. Got home and my stomach pain was so bad I couldn't sleep or feel comfortable. Lots of diarrhea hours later then vomiting orange chunks, what do I do????
