Hey Doc...I Cut Trees For A Living & 2 Weeks

Hey doc...I cut trees for a living & 2 weeks ago I got what I think was either a honey locust or black locust thorn go through my leather glove and prick me in my middle right finger...It has swollen up and turned red since the prick happened...I have used epsom salts and they do seem to be helping but pain & sweeping still persists.
