Hey Doctor, Yesterday I Was Cutting Up Ribs And Part

Hey doctor, Yesterday I was cutting up ribs and part of the sharp end of the knife chipped and I believe I may have swallowed it and it feels like its stuck in my throat. Lots of discomfort and trouble swallowing with dull and achy pain. Should I go to an urgent care or wait for it to pass? Should I get an x-ray to be sure there's nothing there? I'm not sure what to do.
