Hey Doctor If My Eyes Are Yellow And My Urine

Hey doctor if my eyes are yellow and my urine is dark but when i drink water it gets back normal and all the time i feel thursty and that my temperature is rly high and i feel like vomiting and i don't go to the bathroom alot except for urinating. Plz i need an answer cause i feel its something serius but all thise semptoms are gone nw except for the urine color it keeps on changing and feeling that i wanna vomit but i donnt and i eat normaly and i don't vomit at all
