Hey Doctors , I Have Just Started Taking The Injection

Hey doctors , I have just started taking the injection for prevention that last for 3 months last month on the 10th because it waz the first time I was on my periods , then they stopped on de next day , bt on de 18th I started bleeding again en it haves been 2 weeks nw . I'm having oralcon prevention tablet and I lost de paper that comes with it en nw I'm nt sure which colour tablet 2 take and how?
