Hey, For The Past Couple Of Days I Have Had

Hey, for the past couple of days I have had a dull pain in the lymph node(I think) below my hip flexor. Today I accidentally ran my hip into the corner of the counter and felt a very sharp pain. Ever since I have felt a throbbing sharp pain in my entire hip. What am I experiencing?
