Hey, Here's My Question. My Throat Is Getting More Swollen

Hey, here's my question. My throat is getting more swollen but the thing is that I already went to the doctors. They give me hydrocodone & penicillin 500 mg. It's been about a good week and I was wondering if I should go back to the doctors? Plus my ear is ringing as well.
