Hey Hi I'm Taking Sotret 10mg Tablet For More Than

Hey hi
I'm taking sotret 10mg tablet for more than 10months for acne issues and now I'm the end of days but I'm gettin too much of hairfall which is v abnormal .. doctor prescribed me saying if I find hairfall after the completion ,then need to take xtraglo tablet but my period of skin tablet is more for one week so should I take xtraglo now or need to wait till my completion?
Please help me I'm worried of it..
