Hey I Have Cyst Like Balls On The Inner Butt

Hey i have cyst like balls on the inner butt cheek there are several of them they are under the skin and it feels like a ball sometimes i mash them and they burst due to the pressure but sometimes they wont but when they do the liquid is like a clear redess but have a little yellow TINT they dont bother me but the look horrible i need help i dont know why they are there is something wrong
