Hey I Mixed Clorox And Baking Soda And A Paste,

Hey i mixed Clorox and baking soda and a paste, and put it in a mold of my teeth then stuck the mold on, as a whitening type of thing i tryed not to swallow any, and i think i did an okay job, but my throat feels swollen i can still swallow and breath, not haven any trouble with it, could the mold that position my teeth in a way where i didn't swallow anything make my throat dry and feel swollen? Doesn't backing soda have salt in it?
