Hey I This Has Just Started Happening To Me No

Hey i this has just started happening to me no less then a week ago now. But I have been having an issue with my right testicle it feels like somebody is thumping it or something my left one feels fine only the right one. I'm wondering if I can get some advice on what's going on and how can I fix it
