Hey, I Was Deppressed Earlier, Long Story Short I Ended

Hey, i was deppressed earlier, long story short i ended up taking 120 mg of vyvanse. It was perscribed to me at 70mg but then was knocked down to 40mg and has been adjusted ever since. Im worried about the health implications. I don't feel bad, im just kinda panicking because the only people on the internet seem to either tell me every things going to be ok or that im going to die. Ive been taking vyvanse for 2 and a half years.
