Hey I Was Wondering So I Cut Myself On Accident

Hey i was wondering so i cut myself on accident with someones razor and i dont know if they have any sti(s) or not. And im so overcome with anxiety. I didnt see any visible blood on it. So after i got cut immedietly after i ran it under cold water then went upstairs and dabbed some peroxide on it and also poured some on it then ran it under water again for a minutes put polysporin on it and put a bandaid over it. I was wondering if i could of contracted something.
