Hey, Im A 20 Years Old Male Who Is Experiencing

Hey, im a 20 years old male who is experiencing some weird syptoms in the last 2 weeks. I'm seeing auditory information as letters just infront of me. I can define these information as codes of alternating black and white colors. This experience is becoming more and more intense as i concentrate further. (Example on a professor) It feels like shutting some things down and obesrving auditory information as words and letters with black and white backgrounds. This issue is annoying me because i'm afraid of having a type of a brain disorder.
