Hey, Im A Young 24, Year Old Male Whos Been

Hey, im a young 24, year old male whos been experiencing a tightness under my left shoulder blade and under my left armpit. Im in shape but have been bothered by it for some time. Im assiming it might be a swollen lymphnode or something along those lines but just wanted to ask someone before I do anything.
