Hey, Im Only A Preteen But I Feel Like I

Hey, im only a preteen but i feel like i might have some sort of mental illness. Ive taken some online quizes on this subject and almost all of the results lead to Bipolar Disorder. Im just curious if these quizes are atleast a bit reliable even if i would not be diagnosed with any mental illness.
