Hey It's Been 23 Weeks Since I Was Expose To

Hey it's been 23 weeks since I was expose to HIV , so I was wondering I have go teen my test that I've made mayb like 12 test over the last past 5 months n all of them being negative so I've tested negative at 23 weeks n 2 days well I was wondering is there any way does could be negative false test cuz I've took some meds that my doctor gave me it was for oral herpes I only use it for like 1 week n the other one was for fungus , that's all the medecine oh n anxiety n vitamin d , wel I'm still worried can they all be false negative please let me know I've tested on my 23 week came back negative please help .
