Hey Its Been Three Days Now That I Swolled A

Hey its been three days now that i swolled a piece of my nail art! I knownit sound wired but i dis my nails and i put little diamonds well i try bot to bite my nails but i did and a little small piece went in my mouth without knowing! I thibk i swolled it!! Its been three days now i tried throwing up and eatibg alot and its stick stuck in throat!! Its so annoying i cant even sleep becuase its there! It doesnt want to come out nor can i swallow it so it lands in my stomach!! Im so worried i shoulf just go to the doctors right ?!
