Hey , I've This Sensation Of Fluid Movement, Just Left

Hey , i've this sensation of fluid movement, just left to the sternum, i don't have other symptoms except for burning pain came once a week ago for less than a minute in the right side of my chest it never happened again , and i guess sometimes i feel discomfort laying on my back
