Hey My Gf And I Had Sex Around 3 Months

Hey my gf and i had sex around 3 months ago and sunce then she did have her periods twice which did not lasted for more than 24 hours. We did a pregnancy test and it came negative so we never bothered but yeaterday we did another test which came positive. Now we are scared and not sure what to do as we live in a country where abortion is illegal. Is there any advice u can give me as we both are not prepared for a baby and nor can we consult a doctor
