Hey My Name Is Bill.. I Was Eating Some Ribs

Hey my name is bill.. I was eating some ribs when it seem like they got stuck in my throat but when I vomit it doesn't come out I tried flushing it down with water but every time I try to swallow it makes me vomit what do I need to do I haven't ate all day because it won't allow me to take anything down it's like it's blocking my throat is there anything that I can do? Please help me please
