Hey My Name Is Jessie Myers Anyway I'm 5wks Pregnant

Hey my name is jessie Myers anyway I'm 5wks pregnant and I have been experiencing bad cramping and yesterday I went to the Er thinking I might be miscarring but the doctor said it's too early to determine that. Even if I'm still pregnant I don't think I can handle the labor from the way I've been feeling with the bad cramping. My question is is there any safe way to abort the baby at home and I can get check out after I have the abortion? My other question is normal for the cramping to sharp stabbing pain constantly there all the time?
