Hey My Names Michael And I'm 17. Sort Of Overweight,

Hey my names Michael and I'm 17. Sort of overweight, I've got a bmi of like 30 I think, but I got a decent amount of muscle too. I notice if I go long periods of time without eating, say like 8 or 9 hours or 6, I'll get scary palpitations that make me feel like I'll faint or something because it feels like my brain blanks out for a second and my heart skips a beat. These pvcs terrorize me pretty often, but no matter what I say my mom just thinks it's from anxiety which I doubt. After I eat it usually goes away. Any reason for this?
