Hey My Period Is 4 Days Late So I Took

Hey my period is 4 days late so I took a pregnancy test yesterday round 4pm n it was negative so this morning I start cramping real bad n took another pregnancy test around 10 am n it was positive the cramping til continue on n off so finally round 6 pm I notice very light pink spotting when I use the restroom wiped n pink n the toilet so round 7 pm I took another test n it was negative now 30 mins later the cramps and the light pink bleeding have disappeared so I wana know what's gng on was I really pregnant n had a early miscarriage?
