Hey One Of My Testicles Lies Horizontally And The Other

Hey one of my testicles lies horizontally and the other vertical, i've had ultrasounds and been to a few doctors and they did a check for lumps and torison but i never specifically asked if i had bell clapper deformity. do you think they would have told me if i did? or would it come up on ultrasound or something?
