Hey Say I Woke Up This Morning With Two Perfectly

Hey say I woke up this morning with two perfectly symetrical bruise like circles on my lower back but they do not hurt at all and I have one on the right side and one on the left right where my kidneys are located but on my back they have gone away all day and it's pretty weird
