Hey So I Just Had What I Believe Was Norovirus.

Hey so I just had what I believe was norovirus. But I'm a little nervous if it was something else. I felt a phase before hand, might have been unrelated. But I almost passed out after taking potassium. I think I just had a vasovagal fainting episode as I get those but I just got worried about kidney disease suddenly because I felt strange a weaker than normal. Then I almost passed out. But the next day I vomited and had fever. I haven't vomited for very long time many years. I did not pass any stools during this. But now I am. It is very pale. This makes me nervous. I haven't eaten too much though since all this. Maybe it was pale because I vomited all of the bile?
