Hey So I Smoked Weed Out Of A Homemade Pipe

Hey so I smoked weed out of a homemade pipe made out of a plastic pen about 3days ago and it's harder to get a full breathe and I've had some headaches (one where it felt like there was a bunch of pressure behind my right eye). Also ever since I smoked out of the plastic pen my right shoulder has been hurting pretty bad. I just want to know what may or may not be happening to me.

Ps. When I smoked out of the homemade pipe the plastic where the weed is held melted a good amount.
