Hey, So Ever Since I Got A Concussion 2 Years

Hey, so ever since I got a concussion 2 years ago I've had really bad headaches. My left ear will go numb sometimes and close around my ear will be numb as well. I'm always tired and can never get enough sleep no matter what I do. I have bad eye floaters. I got whiplash as well when I got my concussion. I had an MRI done of my head and neck and everything came back normal except a benign bump in my neck.. my stool is never a normal color don't know if that's related or not.. It feels like my mind is never clear and I haven't felt normal. I never have energy or feel on top of my game cognitively. I'm only 21 years old and I am 6 foot and weigh 160. I'm not that active but I'm very skinny. I can't gain any weight. I've gotten many blood tests done and everything seems to be normal. Also when I jog my heart rate will go up to 174 consistently.. from a light jog don't know if that's good or not.
