Hey, So I Just Got My Nipple Pierced 5 Days

Hey, so i just got my nipple pierced 5 days ago and it seems like whenever I wear a sports bra there are red indentations behind the ball of my piercing. I'm assuming it's due to the constant pressure when i'm sleeping. Just to verify though, is this normal with a surface piercing? Also, will it effect the healing process of them?
